Some item(s) may be eligible for refunds and refund, however this must be done within 7 days upon receipt. The allowed item(s) must meet the below conditions.

  1. No broken seals and unopened packaging.
  2. No damages due to misuse, no accidental damages or cosmetic damages
  3. Item(s) must be in working connection
  4. Person returning the item(s) must be the person that made the purchase

Item(s) that malfunctioned/faulty, shall refer to relevant manufacture/supplier service centre for warranty claims and subjected to their terms and conditions unless otherwise stated.

Returns must be done within 10 working days upon approval at the communicated location during office operating hours. Approval will be voided on the 11th working day.

After successful return, the refund will be processed in the next 14 working days using the mode of payment for the item(s), and to the originating account. No change of recipient is allowed.
